1. Educational Services
Solveora Mathematics provides Mathematics education, tutoring, learning materials, tests, workshops and related educational services for students.
Course content, schedules, teaching methods and included services may vary depending on the course selected.
2. Course Registration
Students or their parent/guardian must provide accurate information during registration.
A course enrolment is considered confirmed only after the required registration process and applicable payment have been completed and verified.
3. Fees and Payments
Course fees will be communicated before enrolment.
Payments may be made through the payment methods specified by Solveora Mathematics, including applicable online payment methods, UPI or bank transfer.
For manual payments, students/parents may be required to provide a payment screenshot or transaction/reference number for verification.
4. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Course fees are generally non-refundable once the student has been enrolled and course access/classes have commenced, except where otherwise stated by Solveora Mathematics or required under applicable law.
Any applicable refund or cancellation terms will be communicated at the time of enrolment.
If a class is cancelled or rescheduled by Solveora Mathematics, an alternative class or appropriate adjustment may be provided.
5. Class Attendance
Students are expected to attend classes on time and participate responsibly.
Missed classes due to a student's personal circumstances may not automatically qualify for a refund or replacement class unless specifically agreed in advance.
6. Course Materials
Worksheets, notes, videos, tests, PDFs, presentations and other materials provided by Solveora Mathematics are intended for the enrolled student's personal educational use.
Course materials may not be copied, redistributed, resold, uploaded, published or commercially used without written permission.
7. Recordings and Content
Where classes or educational content are recorded, the recordings may be used for educational delivery, revision or course-related purposes as communicated to students/parents.
Any public use of a student's identifiable image, voice or personal information will be subject to appropriate consent and applicable law.
8. Student Conduct
Students are expected to behave respectfully towards the faculty and other students.
Abusive, threatening, discriminatory, disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from a class or course without refund, subject to applicable law and the circumstances involved.
9. Academic Results
Solveora Mathematics provides educational guidance, preparation and learning support. However, we do not guarantee any specific marks, rank, examination result, Olympiad qualification, admission outcome or academic improvement.
Student results depend on several factors, including attendance, practice, effort, prior knowledge and examination performance.
10. Website Content
We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on our website accurate and current. However, course schedules, fees, content and availability may change without prior notice.
11. Intellectual Property
The Solveora Mathematics name, branding, website content, original teaching materials, worksheets, videos, graphics and other original content belong to Solveora Mathematics or their respective owners.
Unauthorised copying, reproduction, distribution or commercial use is prohibited.
12. Third-Party Services
Our website may use third-party platforms such as Wix, payment providers, video platforms, communication services and other external services. Their own terms and privacy policies may also apply.
13. Limitation of Liability
Solveora Mathematics will make reasonable efforts to provide its educational services as described. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect losses or outcomes resulting from a student's use of the educational services.
