Enrollment Policy

Welcome to Solveora Mathematics. This Enrollment Policy explains the process and terms applicable to students enrolling in our Mathematics courses and programs.
1. Course Eligibility
Courses are offered for the classes and programs specified on the Solveora Mathematics website. Students should select the course appropriate to their current class and learning requirements.
2. Registration
Students or their parent/guardian must provide accurate and complete information during registration, including the student's name, class, parent/guardian contact details and other information requested in the enrollment form.
For students below 18 years of age, enrollment should be completed with the involvement or consent of a parent or legal guardian.
3. Enrollment Confirmation
Submitting an enrollment form does not by itself guarantee admission to a course.
Enrollment is confirmed only after:

Required student details have been submitted;

Applicable course fees have been paid; and

Payment has been successfully verified by Solveora Mathematics.
A confirmation message may be sent through email, WhatsApp or another contact method provided during registration.
4. Course Fees
Course fees are displayed or communicated before enrollment. Students/parents should review the applicable fee and course details before making payment.
Any discounts, promotional offers or special fees are subject to the terms communicated at the time of enrollment.
5. Batch Allocation
Students may be assigned to a batch based on class, course, availability, learning requirements and other relevant considerations.
Solveora Mathematics may limit the number of students in a batch to maintain an effective learning environment.
6. Classes and Schedule
Class timings, duration, frequency and course structure will be communicated before enrollment.
Solveora Mathematics may reasonably reschedule a class due to unforeseen circumstances. Students/parents will be informed of significant schedule changes as soon as reasonably possible.
7. Student Attendance
Students are expected to attend classes regularly and on time.
If a student is unable to attend a scheduled class, the parent/student should inform Solveora Mathematics in advance wherever possible.
Missed classes due to the student's absence do not automatically qualify for a refund or replacement class unless otherwise agreed.
8. Study Material
Worksheets, notes, assignments, tests, recordings or other learning materials included with a course will be provided according to the course structure.
Such materials are intended for the enrolled student's personal educational use and must not be copied, resold, redistributed or publicly shared without permission.
9. Course Transfer
Transfer from one course or batch to another may be considered subject to availability and the applicable course terms.
Any fee difference or administrative conditions will be communicated before the transfer is approved.
10. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation and refund requests are governed by the Solveora Mathematics Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Students/parents are encouraged to review the Refund & Cancellation Policy before completing payment.
11. Student Conduct
Students are expected to maintain respectful and appropriate behaviour during classes and interactions with faculty and other students.
Repeated disruptive, abusive or inappropriate behaviour may result in suspension or cancellation of enrollment, subject to applicable circumstances and law.

12. Academic Performance
Solveora Mathematics provides structured teaching, practice and academic guidance. However, enrollment does not guarantee any specific marks, grades, rank, examination result or Olympiad qualification.
Student performance depends on several factors, including attendance, participation, practice, effort and prior preparation.
13. Communication
Important course-related communication may be sent through the email address, phone number or WhatsApp number provided during registration.
Students/parents are responsible for providing accurate contact information and checking important course communications.
14. Changes to the Enrollment Policy
Solveora Mathematics may update this Enrollment Policy from time to time. Any revised version will be published on this page with an updated date.
15. Acceptance
By submitting an enrollment form and completing payment, the student or parent/guardian acknowledges that they have read and understood this Enrollment Policy and agree to the applicable course terms.
