Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to courses and educational services offered by Solveora Mathematics.
1. Before Course Commencement
If a student/parent requests cancellation before the scheduled course commencement, the request may be considered subject to the applicable course terms.
Any eligible refund will be processed after deducting any applicable non-refundable payment gateway or administrative charges, where legally permissible and applicable.
2. After Classes Have Started
Once a course has commenced and classes, course access or learning materials have been provided, fees are generally non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law or specifically approved by Solveora Mathematics.
3. Cancellation Request
Cancellation requests should be submitted through email or the official communication channel provided by Solveora Mathematics.
The request should include:

Reason for cancellation
4. Missed Classes
Fees are generally not refundable for classes missed by the student.
If a student is unable to attend a scheduled class, Solveora Mathematics may, at its discretion, provide an alternative arrangement, recording, study material or replacement class where reasonably possible.
5. Rescheduling by Solveora Mathematics
If Solveora Mathematics cancels or significantly reschedules a class, an alternative class or suitable adjustment may be offered.
If Solveora Mathematics is unable to provide the agreed course/service, an appropriate refund or alternative arrangement may be considered, subject to the circumstances and applicable law.
6. Course Transfer
A student may request transfer to another batch or course, subject to availability.
Any transfer request will be reviewed individually and may be subject to applicable fee differences or other course conditions.
7. Duplicate or Excess Payments
If a customer accidentally makes a duplicate payment for the same enrollment, the customer should contact Solveora Mathematics with the relevant transaction details.
After verification, an eligible excess payment may be refunded through the appropriate payment method.
8. Refund Processing
Where a refund is approved, it will generally be processed through the original payment method where technically and reasonably possible.
The time taken for the refund to appear in the customer's account may depend on the payment provider or banking institution.
9. Promotional or Special Offers
Courses purchased under special promotional offers may have different cancellation or refund conditions. Any such conditions will be communicated before payment.
10. No Guarantee of Academic Results
Course fees are paid for educational instruction and related services. Solveora Mathematics does not guarantee specific marks, grades, ranks, examination results or Olympiad qualifications.

Solveora Mathematics may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
